SnipeLog is a precision-shooting tracker for sport shooters, hunters, law-enforcement, and military marksmen. This page covers common questions and how to reach us.
Open SnipeLog and tap Sign Up. You can use email + password, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple. Each option creates the same kind of account — the choice is yours.
From the bottom navigation, tap Vault. Use the tabs at the top to add a weapon, optic, ammunition, and (optionally) a loadout that combines them. You can attach photos for reference. Loadouts make it faster to log future sessions.
Yes. The app caches your data locally and syncs whenever the network comes back. A banner at the top of the dashboard shows your sync state. You can keep logging sessions on the range with no signal.
Not yet. Photos you attach to sessions or targets are stored on the device that took them. Cloud photo sync is planned for a future release.
Teams are admin-provisioned with a seat limit. To join, ask your team admin for an invite code. Team members can share their session summaries with the team manager, who can export PDF reports across the team. Per Firestore rules, full per-shot detail is only visible to the session owner and to the team manager for their own sessions.
Open the session → tap the share icon. You can export a single session, a date range, or (as a team manager) the whole team's activity. Exports are generated as PDFs and can be shared via the iOS share sheet.
Open Settings → Account → Delete Account. The app walks you through a confirmation flow that requires you to type your email to confirm. Deletion removes your personal shooting data from our servers and your Firebase Authentication record. Anything you shared with a team may be retained under that team's seat — contact your team admin if you also need those records removed.
On the login screen, tap Forgot password? — Firebase will email you a reset link.
That's expected. Sign in using the same provider you used to sign up.
